I Swear I Haven't Forgotten

As soon as I have a moment to catch my breath I will pay the blog award forward.  Suffice it to say that the past week and this week (so far have blown.)  I am up 2lbs thanks to all the bday/True Blood socializing I did last weekend.  I am bummed.  I had a food pity party for myself yesterday and feel super gross today but I started fresh this morning and have been eating really clean and healthy.  I have a bridal shower to attend this weekend which does involve swimming but it also involves cocktails and cocktail foods.  Let's hope I have the strength to resist too much temptation.

So, how are you?  :)

The drinks I could resist, but those little anythings wrapped on bacon and speared on toothpick would kill my resistance instantly.

I've been doing good. All time low today - 25 lbs down from when we bought the Wii Fit (I have no idea what I weighed before that) and being fairly good to myself with food.

You can do it!

That sucks about the +2 lbs, but just shake it off and focus on getting back on track. You can do it!

@Lanie Painie--I love my Wii. Did Wii Fit Plus for a while but didn't feel like I was getting the kind of workout I wanted so I got the EAS Active...great workouts and it even comes with a resistance band. I'm having sciatic issues right now, so my work out consists of Wii Sports Tennis...I absolutely love it though:-)

@Olivia--If you're concerned about food here are a few suggestions: prepare food you can eat, and take it if it's casual enough, find out the menu and plan before hand what you will eat and what you will stay away from, or just make the healthiest choices you can, don't just make it a give in day, stick to your program. JMTC. Have a great time.

Forgive yourself - just look ahead. As an aside I love that you put what you are reading on your blog - it warms my heart and makes me feel guilty for not reading for fun in a while.

True Blood helped you gain weight? How I am curious, lol.

But as for the gain, just continue on and don't let it derail you!
