WTH

or What the Heck.  I'm up .8 (point 8) this week.  Ugh!  I am a little confused because I worked out at least 5 times last week.  Yes, my eating could have been better (it can always be better) but I really feel that I did well last week.  Well, there was one night when I went to watch a salsa band play and there may or may not have been a couple dirty martinis in the mix as well as a few shots but I'm really not sure nor should I be held accountable for them.

Okay, got the "princess" out of my system.  The alcohol is more than likely the culprit.  Let's face it, it's usually the culprit behind any gain I have.  To test my theory I am not "tying one on" at all this weekend, I have worked out every day this week, my eating has been fabulous (lots of fruits and veggies) so we will see where that lands me on the scale.  It better land me a lose Dammit!

How is everyone doing on their workouts?

Good on you for exercising with such commitment! I know the pain of weight gain despite working my tooshie at the gym and eating relatively well.
Hang in there - you're doing great and you're inspiring me to keep going. Have a good weekend!

try a different kind of martini, the dirty martini's while tasty have a lot of salt from the olives. Maybe you are just holding alot of salt water LMAO!

hmm I could have been a real drag and said don't drink alcohol but then I would be a big ass hypocrite! :D

This really reminded me of my dieting days. Every time I consistently exercised I would always gain weight! Today I no longer diet and the weight is still falling off and I regularly exercise because I want to and not to lose weight. I also weigh monthly rather than weekly - actually I never weighed weekly when I was dieting it was more like up to 10 times per day.

Hi! I'm a new reader... and I can totally relate to scale frustration!! I did not lose a single thing this week, and I worked out hard! Next week better show me a loss or I'm losing it! (oops... no pun intended!)
