Zumba-tastic!

I believe I am in love....again.  Why oh why did I ever stop Zumba-ing??  Yes, I'm sure that some of my enthusiasm is due to the fact that I am still very much in the honeymoon stage with my membership but you know what?  I don't care!  I am having way to much fun to care.  Now, I know that you may worry that I have tunnel vision and only care for Zumba but I say "Nay!", I am also crushing on yoga, muscle pump and restorative stretch.  I am still a little shy when it comes to saying "Hi" to the core classes but as my self confidence improves I'm sure I will have the courage to sit at the cool core's lunch table.

I am up .6 (point six) as of my weigh in on Tuesday but like Fat Bridesmaid I too am gonna hold Mother Nature accountable.

Loved visiting your blog tonight for lots of reasons-- I love how your lean, spot-on prose = a joy to read. BONUS: Patrick Taylor has a new book out? An Irish Country Courtship? YAY! I love the whole series, and have been looking forward to this release...thanks for the info!

When it coming to exercise you should always be in an open relationship. Its nice that you're into Zumba now, but good work on not totally ditching the other guys. Keep those options open;)

Hey, who cares what stage you're in at the gym? As long as it motivates you to go, work it girlfriend.

Separately, Mother Nature needs to be held accountable - I won't even go near a scale that week.

I am a Zumba-lover too! I try to get 2-3 classes in each week.

yay for us zumba lovers. Really, the music and the routines are AMAZING and I just love how it doesn't feel like exercise.

Pretty cool how you're "crushing" on other activities. Who cares if you're in the honey moon stages. Here's to a long and "open relationship" with exercise!
